Ultra light diet: in one week 4 to 7 kilograms less
A delicious
and healthy drink
During the
day you have five meals, three major and two snacks. In the morning and evening
“ultra shake” is obligatory, for lunch “ultra soup”, and warm “ultra bath” in
the evening.
For shake
you need one banana, half a cup of berries, cup of peanut butter and two
tablespoons of flaxseed. All mixed well in a blender.
For
vegetable soup you can easily prepare one by cooking at least seven kinds of
vegetables including green leafy vegetables. Season to taste, strain and drink
the liquid throughout the day.
Every night

baking soda and lavender essential oil in the water. It will help you fall
