This Diet became Huge HIT: a Girl lost 25kg for 100 days!!!





Sophie King, a 26 years old school teacher and a blogger became an internet sensation since she post her diet for losing 25 kg just in 3 months.


Amazingly there is nothing revolutionary, but excludes all type of diet supplements and pills in nutrition but it is focused on balanced meals.

The dietary diary was recently published on her blog and gathers more than 10 000 followers. In exactly 100 days, Sophie takes of her clothes and took a picture of her body.

She said: “when I was 17 years old I broke my ankle and I stopped with sport. Than I started to get fat, and when I start with collage I become really unhealthy person. That was the moment when I decide to change my life.

In that 100 day lots of things changed, and I wanted my experience to share with other and to help them to do the same like me”.

This diet become very popular; you don’t have to count the calories that you intake but to follow simple rules.

Couple rules:

  1. If you are a tall person you can eat more. The amount of consumed food depends of your height.
  2. If your bones are bigger, less weight you should lose. You can see how big are your boned by measuring the wrist.
  3. Average size is 6cm.
  4. For those who want sweet: eat food that is consisted of carbohydrates from the moment you feel hungry until late afternoon.
  5. You can treat your self with 2 meals by choice during one week.
  6. No alcohol
  7. No sugar in the coffee or tea
  8. No milk or yogurt
  9. Never eat when you are not hungry
  10. Eat one banana one hour before practicing the training

Chrono diet menu:

Breakfast:

Eat carbs, protein and fat. It needs to avoid wheat or corn. Allowed flour: barley, rye, buckwheat, oats…
You are allowed to eat bacon, but preferably without additives.

Lunch

You need to eat proteins which are consisted in: beef, pork or lamb, without carbohydrates but with vegetables. You also need to eat larger amounts of fresh white and green vegetables in the form of salads.

Dinner

This meal is consisting of proteins, but the lighter proteins that are coming from the white meat and fish. Sometimes you can combine it with a young cheese. 

And for dinner also you can combine green and white vegetables.

Sweet:

The sweets and even fruits are allowed to eat only in the afternoon, between lunch and dinner. The best choice is a dark chocolate with 70% cocoa and dried fruit.

If you need to reduce more weight:

Introduce more restrictions :

No snacks and sweets, including fruit. Dietary discharged and all vegetables that are based on starch.
