2 leaves Swiss
chard
1/2 cup
parsley
1/2 small
beet
1/2 cup
pineapple
2 medium
green apples
1 sprig
fresh mint
1/2 medium
lemon, peeled
Preparation:
Combine all
ingredients in a juicer. You could also combine them in a blender and add water
to make a blender juice.
