Here’s what happens to your body when you drink tomato juice for 60 days
A recent study conducted by Taiwanese
scientists shows that drinking one single glass of tomato juice every day for
two months will result in beneficial and desired metabolic benefits.
During this study, women of different ages, weight and
origin drank a glass of tomato juice on a daily basis during two months.
They haven’t changed their food habits and experienced a
loss of weight only after a few days.
Experts say that it is not a common loss of fluids from the
body, but it is melting fat in fact. The participants in this experiment had
lost 1.6 to 2 cm in average, had lowered cholesterol levels and elevated

has only 80 calories and is rich in sodium, calcium, potassium, magnesium,
vitamins B, C and A.

Ingredients:
13 pounds of tomatoes
2 tablespoons of salt
4 tablespoons of sugar
Preparation:
Take out the stems and wash the tomatoes carefully in cold
water. Cut them and grind them and then add the salt and sugar. Cook them at
medium heat.
Stir from time to time in order to prevent burning and when
it begins to boil, cook it for additional 10 minutes and stir all the time.
Pour this hot tomato juice into a clean glass bottle and seal it tightly. Keep
the bottles in a cool and dark place.
