DIET WITH GRAPES: YOU CAN LOSE UP TO 8 POUND WITHIN 4 DAYS!


Being on a diet is definitely a problem for many because it is not easy, and many often fail to achieve the desired results. Therefore the diet with grapes is ideal. It only takes four days, you will not be hungry at all, and you can lose up to five kilograms. You can also learn a few tricks on how to combine grapes with other groceries.


When you purchase grapes, choose the one with seeds because it contains polyphenol, which helps slow the aging process. This super ingredient refreshes the body, cleanses and restores the quantities of nutrients.

First day

Breakfast:

– Oatmeal

– Half an orange, chopped in cubes

– 2.5 dl low fat yogurt

– 100 grams of grapes (grains only)

Mix all abovementioned ingredients in a bowl and let them stay still for 10 minutes.

Lunch

– 200 grams of zucchini, chopped in small pieces and fried with little bit of butter for few minutes.

– 100 grams of grape grains, sliced in half

– 100 grams of lettuce

– 1 tablespoon of chopped walnuts

Dinner

– Fruit salad made of 100 grams grapes, 50 grams of pineapple 9chopped in cubes) and 50 grams of grape juice mixed with water

– 150 grams of grill prepared chicken breast.

Second day



Breakfast

– 250 grams of low fat yogurt

– One tablespoon of lemon juice

– 150 grams of grapes

Mix everything well and consume afterwards.

Lunch

– 5 pieces of fish

– 150 grams of grapes

Cook the fish in three times more water and then mix it with the grape grains.

Dinner

– 150 grams of potatoes

– Carrot

– Celery

Boil the potatoes, carrots and celery for about 15 minutes. Season and add a tablespoon of olive oil. Eat 250 grams of fresh black grapes after the dinner.

Third day

Breakfast

– 100 grams of young cheese

– 150 grams of grapes

Put both ingredients in a blender and mix them well.

Lunch

– 250 grams of fish

– 150 grams of broccoli

– One onion bulb

Cook together all three ingredients and after you are done eating the meal, you need to consume 150 grams of black grapes.

Dinner

– 50 grams of grapes

– 2,5 dl of grape juice

– Half an apple

– 5 grams of gelatin

Mix the gelatin with little bit of water, let the stand still for some time, and then add the grapes juice and apple slices and grapes. Allow the mixture to stand still for one hour in the refrigerator.

Fourth day

Breakfast

– One slice of bread

– 100 grams of low fat cheese

– 200 grams of grapes

Lunch

– Pancakes (3 tablespoon of flour, half a cup of water and 1 egg)

– 100 grams of fat free young cheese

– 200 grams of grapes

Make the pancakes and top them with cheese, a tablespoon of mineral water and grapes. Sprinkle the pancakes with cinnamon if you want to.

Dinner

– 100 grams of broccoli

– One carrot

– Little bit of mushrooms

– Half a cup of vegetable stock

– 60 grams of black grapes

– 2 tablespoons of sour cream

Cook the broccoli for 2 to 3 minutes. Meanwhile, bake the carrots and mushrooms. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, add the vegetable stock and cook for another ten minutes. Before the end of the cooking process you need to add both the sour cream and grapes. You can eat 100 grams of rice in combination with this soup.
