Recipe 1:
500 ml water
50 ml yogurt
3 tea bags – black tea
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon curry
First boil the water, then add all the groceries except the
yogurt. Once the water has cooled, in the strained liquid add the remaining
yogurt and mix.
Drink it as a substitute for dinner and after that you
should not eat anything. You can drink water only.
recipe 2:
80 ml water
170 ml milk
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon curry
Add the spices in boiling water, and then add the milk. Mix
everything until it becomes a liquid.
You should drink this drink before bed time.
