A 15-day
diet of eggs intended for the obese, and those who have problems with digestion
or impure skin. Proved to be a great “cleaner” of the skin, reduces the
absorption of fat in a natural way and makes the skin more beautiful.
This diet
lowers carbohydrate intake, which leads to reduced muscle mass, so physical
activity is needed. This can be fitness, running, cycling, swimming or just
walking. Food must not be too salted.
However, if
you do not have too much excess weight, then choose another diet!
Menu
MONDAY
Breakfast:
1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon …. no bananas), 2 toast, a cup of
coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 1
orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 buttermilk (or yogurt)
DINNER: 2
tomatoes or 2 oz of puree of tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 1.2 kg of green salad
(small head) or cucumbers, and two biscuits
TUESDAY
Breakfast:
1 orange, (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas), 2 toast, a cup of
coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 1
orange, 1 egg, 1 buttermilk or yoghurt, 2 toasts
Dinner: 125
g of ground beef, 1 tomato (or tomato puree 1 deciliter), 1 toast, 1 cup of tea
or coffee
WEDNESDAY
Breakfast:
1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas), 2 toast, a cup of
coffee or tea without sugar
Lunch: 1
orange, 1 boiled egg, 1 yogurt, 1 small head of lettuce
Dinner: 125
g of ground beef, 1 orange, 1 toast, 1 cup of coffee or tea
THURSDAY
Breakfast:
1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas), 2 toast, a cup of
coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 125g
cottage cheese with a little milk fat (and you can use mozzarella cheese), 1
tomato, 1 toast
Dinner: 125
g of ground beef, 2 tomatoes and 2 oz of puree of tomatoes, 1 apple, 1 toast
FRIDAY
Breakfast:
1 orange (or pear, peach, watermelon, melon … – no bananas), 2 toast, a cup of
coffee or tea without sugar.
Lunch: 200
g of cooked meat or fish, 1 tomato, 1 toast
Dinner: 500
g of cooked vegetables (carrots, peas, potatoes,…), 1 egg, 1 tomato.
EAT NORMAL
in the weekend!
MAINTENANCE

When you
reach the weight you want, keep it so that every Monday you will eat by the
following menu:
BREAKFAST:
1 lemonade without sugar (you can use artificial sweeteners)
LUNCH: 1
egg, 1 toast, 1 tomato (or apple)
DINNER: 1
toast, 1 tomato (or one egg)
INSTRUCTIONS
AND RULES
– Do not
drink alcohol
– You can
eat the foods hot or cold, and it is important that you take them in the
correct order.
– After
five days you will lose 2.5 – 5 kg.
– After
five days, eat normally, at least two days, but in moderation. Two days later
repeat the diet and so 3 times of 5 days; a total of 15 days.
– You can
lose up to 15 kg in 15 days.
